INGREDIENTS:
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup darkish brown sugar
1/four cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon floor cinnamon
1/four teaspoon floor nutmeg
1 teaspoon finely chopped clean rosemary
three kilos candy potatoes, peeled and reduce into 1/2-inch slices
1/2 cup pecan halves, chopped
