Ingredients
RAVIOLI CHECK: Most types of fresh or frozen ravioli are 3 or 4 cheese blends that include any cheese blend such as ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, cream cheese, or provolone. Choose your favorite!

Sausage: Chopped sausage gives the ravioli skillet a good taste during quick cooking as smoked sausage just needs to heat up (we lighten it up a bit).

Use your favorite from kielbasa to garlic sausage. No sausages? No problem! Skillet Ravioli is ready to use leftover meat or to add mushrooms instead.

If you would like to use Italian sausage, brown the sausage and remove the oil before adding the other ingredients.

SAUCE: The sauce is really simple but tastes good. Add garlic and a bit of Italian Seasoning if you like.

The addition of heavy cream adds some richness and gives the sauce a “boiling all day” flavor!

How To Make A Fast Ravioli Meal

Add the remaining ingredients including freshly cooked ravioli (excluding parmesan) and bring to a boil.
